WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE
As all products are printed, framed and handmade to order, please allow for 3 weeks for our production times. This ensures we are able to deliver high-end & quality artworks. Once your piece is ready, our team will contact you with your shipping information.

DO YOU INCLUDE ANY PAYMENT INFORMATION ON THE ORDER?
No, we do not include an invoice with your order just a branded packing slip. Our fine art prints make great gifts. 

MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED, WHAT DO I DO
On the rare occasion that your print arrives in anything less than perfect condition, please let us know immediately. Kindly send some photos of the damaged piece and the box that it came in to support@themodernspicebox.com so we can help. Please always be sure to include photos of the box or boxes that your art arrived in, even if there are no obvious signs of damage.

ARTWORK

IS YOUR PRINTING HIGH QUALITY

Our museum-grade fine art prints are crafted on smooth acid-free 300gsm paper (made of high-grade cotton not timber), ensuring exquisite colours and lasting quality. Proudly certified by the UK Fine Art Trade Guide, our prints are meticulously printed using the Giclee technique and individually hand-cut to ensure premium quality. Each piece is made-to-order just for you.

WHAT MATERIALS ARE YOUR FRAMES MADE OF
Our frames are all made of wood. 

DO YOU USE GLASS FOR FRAMING
We use UV-protected clear float glass.

SIZE OF YOUR MAT BOARDS
Small, Medium and Large framed prints come with a 5cm mat board border and 3cm frame. Collector framed prints come with a 5cm fine art paper border and 4cm frame.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

As each piece is printed, framed and mounted especially for you so we are currently unable to accept returns.

As each piece is printed, framed and mounted especially for you so we are currently unable to accept returns.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER
All cancellations and changes must be completed within 24 hours from the order check out time. Thereafter we are no longer able to accept any changes or cancellations as your order would have reached our printers.
